1. Go to the Court house that you were convicted at.
2. Go to the Criminal or Probation Department Window
3. Tell them you want to know what is on your criminal record.
4. Tell them that you want to "Expunge" what ever the crime is on your criminal record.
(You cannot be on probation still)
and you want a fee waiver.
(To waive the $60 to $150 court fee for the processing)
5. They should give you the Expunge form and a fee waiver form.
6. Fill it out
7. Turn it in.
8. Wait for the processing 4-8 weeks.
